The challenge of assessing the success of one of the biggest literary festivals in South India solely based on experience was recognized. Acknowledging the importance of gauging attendee satisfaction, the implementation of event surveys and evaluations became imperative. The market research and data analytics team played a pivotal role in delving into the minds of attendees and stakeholders, extracting valuable feedback that might have otherwise been overlooked.
The insights from the event surveys were instrumental in optimizing the literary festival’s strategy, ensuring the delivery of experiences aligned with attendees’ needs, wants, and expectations. A comprehensive understanding of the festival’s success was achieved by pairing survey insights with event Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Integrating data insights from feedback surveys and an exclusive dashboard provided a holistic view, offering actionable insights to enhance future literary festival planning and strategy.
